If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, we will refund your money or offer an exchange, as stated in the descriptions and images of them. There aren’t a lot of procedures you need to fulfill.
- Our 30-day return and refund policy is in effect. We are unable to provide you with a full refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase.
- You must return the things you bought with their original packaging, even if it has been opened, in order to receive a complete refund. Contact us using the form on our contact us page or send an email to customercare@arganacosmetics.com along with your receipt or other proof of purchase to finish your return.
- Please contact us first before returning your product to us. We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item once we have received it.
- Regarding your refund, we will also let you know within a predetermined number of days, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND/s
- Check your bank account once more first to see if you haven’t gotten a refund yet.
- Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
- Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.
After completing the above steps but before receiving your refund, kindly email customercare@arganacosmetics to let us know.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our side. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@arganacosmetics.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
