DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

DOMESTIC

Standard Secured Shipping takes 2 – 5 Working Days for delivery

**Please note that for certain periods, and due to high demand, the packages could have 5-8 days delay.

INTERNATIONAL

Standard Secured Shipping takes 7 – 25 Working Days for delivery

**Please note that for certain periods, and due to high demand, the packages could have 7-10 days delay.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”

It takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

CHANGE REQUEST

If you need to make a change to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required change. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it. Please email us at customercare@arganacosmetics.com for change requests.

CANCEL REQUEST

If you need to cancel your order,  please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make a cancellation. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. Please email us at customercare@arganacosmetics.com for changes requests.
